A typical assessment by one of our physiotherapists costs $110. Some assessments may have higher fees. A regular follow-up treatment session is $80. Payment is required the day of treatment.
We are not covered by OHIP. Our services are usually covered by employee benefit plans. Please be sure to check your own plan, and if a referral from a medical doctor is required for coverage
We do not bill the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) directly for any treatment or forms. If you are a WSIB client we suggest you attend a clinic that will bill the WSIB and is familiar with their policies and plans.
We can bill directly for motor vehicle accident clients and for a few third-party payers such as Veterans Affairs Canada.
We can fill out forms for work, school and camps. Typically, fees are $10–$40.
Cancellation policy
Twenty-four hours’ notice (during business hours) is required to cancel an appointment and avoid cancellation fees. The cancellation fee with less than 24 hours’ notice is $25. The no-show fee is $35.
